Who we are

This website is operated by Aloy's Travel Services (Pvt) Ltd ("Aloy's Travel Services", "we", "us"), a Sri Lanka inbound tour operator based at No. 66, Bangalawatta Road, Mabola, Wattala, Sri Lanka. You can reach us at aloys@eureka.lk.

What we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us through our contact and booking enquiry forms — your name, email address, telephone number, nationality, travel dates and enquiry details. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and plan your trip. We do not sell or share it for marketing.

Cookies

We use a single cookie/preference to remember your consent choice. We do not load any third-party analytics or advertising trackers unless you accept them via our cookie banner. If you accept and we later enable analytics, those cookies would be used only to understand site usage in aggregate. You can reject non-essential cookies at any time.

Third-party services

Our contact and booking forms are delivered to us via a form-processing service, which transmits your submission to our email. Our contact page can optionally load a Google Maps embed, but only after you choose to load it. These providers process data under their own privacy terms.

Our forms are also protected against automated spam by the hCaptcha verification service, which confirms that a submission comes from a real person. hCaptcha processes limited technical information (such as browser and device data) under its own privacy policy.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email aloys@eureka.lk and we will respond promptly.

Data retention

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to assist you with your trip and for reasonable follow-up, after which it is deleted.
